Spotcast Hub is a London-based CIC supporting young creatives aged 16–25 to access real opportunities in casting, media, and the wider creative industries.

Our founder, Precilia, always knew she was creative but lacked the guidance and opportunities to fully explore her talents growing up. Now, as a parent to a teenage son, she is passionate about creating a space where young people can explore their creativity, build confidence, and thrive.

Built alongside Spotcast Agency, the Hub bridges the gap between community and career by connecting participants to real-world opportunities and industry networks.

We support individuals at different stages of their journey—from beginners discovering their interests, to emerging creatives developing their craft and seeking professional opportunities.

Through hands-on workshops, masterclasses, and industry talks, participants gain practical experience and insight across a range of creative fields, including casting, production, media, performing arts, visual arts, and digital creativity.
