Spotcast Hub is a London-based CIC supporting young creatives aged 16–25 with access to real opportunities across the creative industries.

Founded by Precilia, whose own journey lacked access and guidance, the Hub was created to give young people the support, confidence and opportunities she once missed.

Built from the foundation of Spotcast Agency, the Hub connects emerging talent with real-world experience through workshops, work placements and industry insight helping them build skills, develop their portfolios, and take their first steps into creative careers.
